This service is for government clinic goers to get their medical advice from home.<\/p>

Currently it is being launched at LRH hospital and will be piloted at the other hospitals in the coming weeks<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

How does this service work?<\/b><\/h4>

You have to download the oDoc app. There you can find your respective government clinic in the government section of the app. Book an appointment on the app for your given clinic date, and upload a picture of your last entry of the clinic book in the chat thread.<\/p>

At the time of your appointment, you will get an incoming video\/audio call from the clinic. The doctor will conduct an online consultation and then issue you a digital prescription if required.<\/p>

You can have the medicine delivered through our pharmacy partner (through the app) or you can WhatsApp\/Viber the prescription to any pharmacy and pay and get your medicines.<\/p>

The process for obtaining free medicine with this prescription is currently being finalized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

About Video Consultations<\/b><\/h4>

Video consultations are very much like the doctor consultations you have experienced already.<\/p>

Your doctor would ask you your age, allergies and previous conditions. You would then discuss the symptoms you have been experiencing, for how long and whether those symptoms are getting better or worse.<\/p>

The\u00a0American Medical Association<\/b>\u00a0has found that\u00a075% of regular doctor visits<\/b>\u00a0could be concluded effectively through video consultations just like these.<\/p>

All doctors on oDoc are\u00a0fully qualified and registered, and have at least 5 years of post-internship experience<\/b>. Your doctor would be happy to answer any questions you have about your condition and about video consultations during your consultation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Diagnosis over oDoc<\/b><\/h4>
